Our Laser Measuring Sensor, mounted directly on the nozzle of a shotcrete machine, plays a crucial role in maintaining optimal spraying distance. Integrated with a PLC controller, the sensor continuously monitors the distance between the nozzle and the tunnel surface in real time. Once the nozzle approaches a predefined minimum distance, the system automatically adjusts the spraying arm to maintain a safe and effective range.
This closed-loop distance control ensures uniform spray thickness, reduces material waste, and enhances the structural integrity of tunnel linings—all while minimizing risks to operators.
